Powerful supply Chain

HASOUB offers customers a very powerful supply chain, with a management system empowered by 10,000 cubic meters of warehousing throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – constructed and operated to the highest international standards.

We maintain stocks of a wide range of solutions products for rapid deployment across the Kingdom. For shipment and delivery, we use own land transportation to meet our supply chain management commitments (SCMA).

In addition, HASOUB employs one of the world’s leading CRM & ERP applications – JD Edwards Enterprise One – which ensures streamlining of the complete logistics cycle. We have also implemented a Customer Self-Service facility, giving our clients direct access to timely and accurate service information.

Warehousing

Warehouse is an important part of a business. Without sufficient planning, it cannot play its role of providing solid support to the business and, in many cases, it becomes a bottleneck in the whole business cycle.

Hasoub warehouses are on par with industry standards in all areas, from the location to the layout design, shelving design, internal painting, ventilation,  communications, surveillance, safety and security and handling of goods.

Delivery

Delivery is a key process of the supply chain model; it is the point where the customers get a feel of our services and also the last step of the supply chain.

All delivered goods tagged with Hasoub bar-coded labels, which includes complete information about the delivered box and is linked with the customers Purchase Order.  This way, using our ERP system, we can track the goods right from the time it is loaded on to the trucks till it is delivered to our customers.
